Multiple Fixtures - Same DMX Address

Hello,

I am currently evaluating various DMX software before investing and so far am liking Daslight the most. The one feature I have not yet been able to find yet though that is necessary for me is being able to have multiple fixtures with the same DMX address show up in the visualizer to properly program shows before each event.

Is there a current way to do this, and \ or is this something that may be implemented in the future?

Hi ibanez6, yes you're right it's not possible to do this in the current version of the software. The developers are working on a new version now though and this feature is on the list of future ideas. Kind regards

Is there any new information available about this item? I'm wondering if it's already possible to assign multiple fixtures the same DMX address. I work a lot in theater and have experienced issues where multiple fixtures are connected to a single dimmer, causing the visual representation to not match reality now.

Daslight4 doesn't take any new feature request anymore.
I am forwarding this to the team in charge of Daslight 5.
