Stairville MH-100 doesnt shine in Easy View 2

The Stairville MH-100 doesnt shine in Easy View 2.
Only the movements are show in the 3D Simulator.

Hi there, looks like there was problem with the fixture profile. The color temp channel was set as default to blackout. If you try with the attached modified fixture profile that should solve the problem. Just change the filename to .ssl2

Hi! I have the same problem and the modified fixture doesn’t solve it..

So I took the “mh 100.ssl2” fixture and not the “mh-100 BEAM.ssl2” fixture.

It's better but there is still a problem I cannot solve..

This time is the blackout of the channel 12 which poses a problem, when I take the channel 12 over the value 14, the simulation work, but in real life the mh-100 take the pre-programmed color..

Can you help me please?

Hi Tybob, that's strange the beam was was showing for me in the profile I modified. If you're having problems with the fixture profile my advise would to put in a new request to the fixture profile team (details in below).

To make a new fixture profile request :
- Log on to the customer area http://store.daslight.com/ssl
- Click "New fixture request”
- Follow the instructions and do not forget to attach the technical documentation of the fixture.

Stairville MH-x20 mini doesn't show beam in 3d view

American DJ 5P Hex doesn't show beam and act as av movinghead when it is a slim par led. It displayed as black beam when inactive, which means I cannot see any other thing at all in 3d view, same problem with American dj TW12

Hi Vicstr, Can I check what version Daslight 4 you are using? The Beam for the MH-x20 is showing okay for me in the latest Daslight 4 Beta / 3D Viewer (see link). https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... t4Beta.exe

As for the 5P Hex this works when you make sure that the channel 8 is set to LED ON (see attached image).
