is it possible to synchronize a video on a beamer with daslight?

only by using the timing m00s00 mode and starting the video using the scene properties function (right click the scene button).

But this way I cant positionate the movie on the beamer... There will only a black box anywhere an my Computers screen (...)

To do what you want you will need a media server and a lighting control program that can use that.
Daslight DVC2 is not and has not been designed for that.
