Hi everyone,
There is a new version of DVC2 in the download section dated 12/2008 on webpage and shows Dec 5 2008 on the splash screen.
It has the coloured effect buttons as per the DVC2 beta version.
Has all the other things as mentioned in the DVC2 Beta version as far as I can tell.
