OK, I'm having problems using this and I really need a solution quick.
First: I've unzipped the files, and tried to run the .exe in the DEBUG directory. It complains about component registration. I'm running Windows XP on my work machine, Professional, bang up-to-date.
Next, I've got the sample code from the zip file, and built it under Visual Studio 2008. From the dev environment, the program runs, the window registers successfully, but when I click the LOAD DATAS button, I get an error dialog saying the request failed.
My home machine is Windows Vista, and I'm experiencing similar problems. I don't have Visual Studio on that machine, I write in Java and call the DLL through JNA. The result is the same: trying to run the .exe in the DEBUG directory fails ("side-by-side configuration is incorrect"), and when I make the calls in my own code, window registration succeeds but getting data fails.
Support, please.
