I've had DVC2 for about 3 months now. I'm sick of the errors/problems that i'm experiencing. I'm also disappointed in the fact that MIDI can only start. I was really looking to integrate my ART foot controller for control of light cues/scene starts-stops/fade/speed. I also want to use the foot controller to change presets in my FX processors at FOH. I'm currently NOT working with any performers using MIDI i'm simply looking for simple foot control to leave my hands free for mixing ect. Any suggestions for software that I should check out that's in the same price range? (about $500 US)
My current Rig:
8x Par56 Side light on individual channels
18x Par 56 Rear light on individual channels
*I will probably add a handful of pinspots and maybe a few strobes. I'd like the ability to add moving heads in the future but it's not needed at this time. 3D visualization would be helpful.
