Blackout THEN move fixtures?

Does DVC2 have any options to black a moving fixture out before it moves to it's next position? Right now, I create a three scene operation. Black, move, then on.

Is there a better way to do this, if you are trying to spot individuals in a choir, etc, and don't want the open beam to sweep everything?

unless this is supported in the fixture (some fixtures have a 'blackout while moving' preset) the only way is to program a blackout step for the duration of the movement.
