DVC2 Gold not working in windows 7

I can't get DVC 2 Gold to work in Windows 7.

What to do?

Win 7 64bit?

Some old generation DVC2 golds are not compatible with 64 bit Windows. If your interface serial number starts with 2937 or 54, you must use a 32 bit version of Windows 7.

i have 64bit. is that the same in windows Vista? i need to use Vista 32bit?

any OS. this interface is not 64 bit compatible.
