Interface not detected after stand alone scene Upload

Hi to all Daslighters !

i have a problem with a Interface (DVC3-512-SIUDI 9).
i made some Uploads with small scenes with the stand alone mode.
Sometimes the software (DVC2 Dec 22, 2011) crashes while uploading or moving the scenes but it works fine after restart the software.
After the last Upload the Software crashes again
and since that the interface is not working anymore.
I got the Message "Interface not detected" also the tools.exe
cant detect it and on the interface is just the yellow led on.

Is there a solution for it ?
I couldn't find any like this in the forum.

Try the latest version of the software
If it doesn't work, try a different computer
If it's still not being detected, send me an e-mail with the serial number and your account details and I will arrange an RMA
