Can someone please help me, I have a DVC-100 SIUDI-6C interface, every once in a while it would freeze while running a program. I connected it to the tools prog and noticed that it was on firmware ver. 1.13 and that ver.1.15 was available so decided to update it. Clicked on update ---> up-date in progress ---->not responding Now my firmware is 0.00 serial number is 0 product code is 0 Device manager recognises it as does the tools prog but if I try to update again i either get "unknown error" or "not responding" messages. Can someone help me?? I have the biggest night of the year this weekend with no lights.
