DVC2 ECO windows error

Hello,
We have a problem with DVC 2 ECO interface (2pcs). When we use it in setup with BRITEQ BT 575 moving heads and 28 x 10 w RGBWA LED washers Daslight suddenly blocks with error message (message from Windows that program stopped). System is Windows XP 32-bit or Windows 7 32-bit. We have ten PC-s (laptops) and those two DVC 2 ECO are blocking on all of them. All other interfaces works fine (DVC 128, DVC3 512 etc.). Do you maybe have a solution? I tried to upgrade firmware, but there is no new upgrade available.
These two problematic interfaces works fine with new LED moving heads that we have in another setups.
