Hi,

I brought your DVC2 GMZ product a few years ago, a year or so ago, I noticed it had 2, 3pin xlr's instead of 1 - 3pin and 1 -5pin xlr. At the time i wasnt needing to go any further than 2 streams of data, but i will be using 3 streams of data in a few weeks and wondering if there's any way i can get it changed for the correct device i should of had in the first time, or if i can do anything to get the other universe (like change the connector to a 5pin and resolder it?)

Hi Dan

You can get access to the 3rd universe using one of the connectors inside the interface, you could also swap the socket for a 5pin. Alternatively drop me an email with the serial number and I'll see what we can do
