SOFTWARE NOT RESPONDING

Hello there
I have reinstalled my windows and my daslight software is responding to my lights
I have 3 kAM led 800 s LIGHT BARS

I have them set up before and all is working fine but now since i did reinstall all has gone weird, for some reason the software is not responding to the lights?

I tried to update the firmware and but the driver tool does not recognize the USB Dongle installed. I even reinstalled the software off the disk and still no luck?

I also switched the USB ports and still no luck? On the USB dongle all 3 lights turn on, Green blinks and yellow is constants on, followed by fast blinking red.

I was wondering if you can help me out in anyways cheers.

Download the latest software version, then update the firmware.

shouldn't it be the latest one on the cd that I have?

You never mentioned which CD you have, you may have purchased it 5 years ago, in this case, definitly not. The drivers are often changed to prevent copies being made so when re-installing it is always reccommended that you go to the website and download the lastest software.

the cd i have is the from 2009 so i would think its the latest one?

it is not the latest, the software is updated every 2-3 months.

the latest ver is 5th may
