DVC2 128 interface connection problem

hey guys
When i put my interface in to my computer, windows just shows it, as a unknown usb-device, i won't install the driver and doesn't show that its knows the interface.
I have the newest usb-driver and dvc2 and last time i used it, there was no problem..

I have testet it on 2pc's, 3 different usbports on the first one og 2usb ports on the second and with to different usb-cables.

So what do i do?

I think your interface will need to be replaced
-Create an account at www.daslight.com/logme
-Click RMA
-Add my e-mail address to the Daslight Representative field
-I will reply with a returns number and address
