The software should only display this message once (when the interface is first plugged in) so there must be a problem with the connections. Please, try using another USB cable
to connect your interface to the computer. If this doesn't fix the problem, try connecting to another USB port
on the computer.
If none of this fixes the problem, there could be a problem with your interface's USB ship and you'll need to engage an RMA procedure
to get it fixed (here : https://store.daslight.com/fr/repair
