Problem of synchronization after buying Daslight4

Hi !

I've just bought Daslight 4 on store.dmxsoft.com.
They ask me to synchronize my device, but I don't know how to do.

Can you help me ?

Hey,

In order to synchronize your interface, you only need to connect it to your computer and launch Daslight4 software. The software will handle the synchronization by itself.

This does'nt work, I've launched Daslight, but there is nothing special when the software is open.

I used of the demo version during 30 days, now I've bought the software for 1 year... where is the problem ?

Hey,

In that case, start Daslight4 first, then plug the interface to the computer.
- Your computer needs to be connected to internet.
- You need the latest version of the software (Daslight4).
- If the software doesn't recognize the interface, try using a new USB cable, or plugging the interface to another USB socket on the computer.
- You need to have installed the USB drivers together with Daslight4. Do not uncheck "USB Driver" checkbox during the install process.
