Daslight DVC4 Fun port update

I purchased a Daslight DVC4 Fun and subsequently updated it to use the dry ports but after the update it does not work.
Could it be the update that has gone wrong or am I doing something wrong
I use windows 10 64 bit. Maybe this is a problem.
It would be good with a little help and many thanks
