Hi
I purchased a Daslight DVC4 Fun and subsequently updated it to use the dry ports but after the update it does not work.
Could it be the update that has gone wrong or am I doing something wrong
I use windows 10 64 bit. Maybe this is a problem.
It would be good with a little help and many thanks

Hi Jorgen, thanks for your message. After purchasing the upgrading on dmxsoft.com you will need to synchronize to activate the changes. If you're still having problems please PM me the email address associated with your account and I can investigate further. kind regards

Yes of couse i have synchronize after purchasing.
