interface not detected DVC3 512

hello guys,

I recently bought an DVC3 512 i plugged it into my computer i started the DVC3 software and it says interface not detected then reinstalled the whole program it still didn't work i downloaded the software from daslight.com so i am using the latetst version then i read that i have to upgrade the firmware i go to the tools.exe and it does not recognize it i closed all programs open the tools.exe again still not recognized then i used a different usb cable didn't work different usb socket no reaction different computer still nothing then i used the DVC2 software that didn't work as well. is anyone expiring the same problem and has someone a solution?

the lights are on on my device but my computer doesn't recognize it

restart the device and maybe your problem is solved.
