New DVC3 512/128 - SIUDI 9B

The latest generation of DVC3 512 and DVC128 interfaces use the SIUDI9B card. This is the same as the 9A except that it has an upgraded CPU which has allowed us to add more stand alone memory.
An important point is that you must use the new 'Hardware Manager' instead of 'Tools' to manage the interface, upgrade the firmware etc...
