Interface not detected

Hello
I have a problem with a DMX 512. It is connecting but green led flashes 5 sec when i connect usb and then it is power off and when I open daslight it`s saying me that interface not detected.I installed corectly the driver.
Can you help me?
What can I do? :roll:

What O/S are you using? vista, XP, 7, 8??

try uninstalling the drivers, then reconnect the interface and let them reload. (XP)

or download the latest drivers from the website and again un-install and reload.

I use Windows 7... I think so is not about the installation because i have the original cd with drivers... and I tried to uninstall and install and didn`t work

And when I try to install firmware it says to me that "DasHard.dll is not found"

sounds like it would be best to uninstall the program , and start again, when you do this your data is actually safe and does not get deleted.

If DashHard.dll is not found, there is a problem with the installation. Uninstall and re-install

Also, if you're using a DVC2 512 or DVC2 Gold, these interfaces may not be 64bit compatible.

i have now the same problem.
my dvc3 512 interface just came back from your service... and it won't connect to the software. my macbook pro retina with windows 7 recognises the interface... the drivers were installed correctly.
but when i plug it in, the green led flashes and turns off.
and the software says. no interface connected.

i'm using the latest non-beta version of dvc3 software.
i already reinstalled drivers and software a couple of times.

Hello,

yesterday i have buy a daslight 512 eco interface and i have install the software on my laptop (windows 7)

when i put the dongel in the laptop the green light is on, when i startup the software is the green lamp off

i have download the net software dvc3
i was thinking maybe is it a older version i have instal dvc 2 too

what can be the problem?

We stopped selling the 512 eco several years ago, this is not compatible with DVC3 or 64 bit

DVC2 on a 32 bit machine
