Interface SIUDI9 not detected after playing with standalone

Post by Phunk_Department »

My Interface seems to be dead after flashing scenes. Any ideas?

Open the tools application which can be found in the Daslight directory. Is your interface detected here?

If yes, update the firmware
If no:
-Try with a different USB cable
-Try with a different USB socket
-Try on a different computer
-Try starting the interface with bootloader mode. To do this:
power off your interface
create a shortcut on p2-p3-p4-GND ports
power on your interface
start tools.exe
update the firmware
power off your interface
remove the shortcut
power on your interface
start tools.exe
update the firmware again
A ball of foil can be used as a quick way to connect the ports.

If it is still not detected in bootloader mode, send me a mail and I will arrange an RMA.

Hello,
I have a similar problem with the interface DVC3 512 - SIUDI9B. So far, it worked for about two years to Win7 / 32 and now stopped working.
After connecting to the PC Green LED blinks and then it just the red LED flashes quickly. I also tried to boot mode by shorting the ports P2-P3-P4-GND. After switching on the green and red LEDs flash slowly and Tools program reports that the device is not connected. I also tried to reinstall the software, another cable, another PC and still the same result. After connecting to Win8 just pop up bubble with the report that "The last device you have connected to this computer fails, and Windows does not recognize it." Does anyone help me?
