Hi there,
i use an DVC 2 Interface SIUDI 8 C. Now i tried to test the new Virtual Controller Software. Within the update installation the Routine asked me to flash my dvc interface and i did it.
Now my controller does not work anymore. Neither with the old nor with the new software. It seems there is now outgoing dmx signal from the dvc interface to the devices.
What can i do now?

Hi otllicht,

an how they fixed your interface ?
I have a similar problem after a stand alone scene upload.
While uploading my DVC2 software crashes and since the interface
dosent work anymore -> "Interface not detected" :(

I have the same Problem after a stand alone scene upload.
The Software crashs and now the yellow led is on but the Interface is not detected. Interface is an SIUDI 9 and Software is the newest one. I downloaded it today.

Please HELP :)

I think I answered your mail earlier today

Try to start the interface in bootloader mode with the tools app and write the firmware. To do this:
power off your interface
create a shortcut on p2-p3-p4-GND ports
power on your interface
start tools.exe
update the firmware
power off your interface
remove the shortcut
power on your interface
start tools.exe
update the firmware again

A ball of foil can be used as a quick way to connect the ports
