Please if somebody can help me?

When i want to create scene with my moving head i get only white color from ligth.

Chanel setup i get from SSL support so i think channels are setup properly, because if i run auto mode, all colors are lighting.
Please if somebody can help me what to do, because i try all and watch all tutorial on youtube and didnt find solution.

First of all, check if your device is set to the same DMX mode (= number of DMX channels) as the ssl file.

On the aliexpress website, they mention 14 or 16 channels for that fixture, so 2 modes are available.
The ssl file in Daslight library (I guess it is "Moving head 4x25W") has 16 channels. The fixture must be set to the same mode.

I don't have the DMX implementation but the 14 channel mode is probably without fine tilt/pan channels, only the main settings.

Setup is correct for 16 chanels.
Maybe is someting wrong with library.
Now i send ssl2 file to daslight and i hope that they could help me.

Do you have a manual with the DMX channels explained ?
I can have a look also if you send it to me.
