System keeps crashing

Hello,
I started working as a Light Designer at a club and there they have I think a dvc4 gzm. (I will check in a few days when I go back now I am in a day off)
At almost random times the setup just stops working - it freezes all the moving heads and then they go blackout and turn at their stand by position - and I have to remove the usb from the dvc controller and plug it back in fast so it will start working again. At this moment the club goes into a blackout and that doesn't look good.
Some times the system crashes because I kinda abuse the strobe effect, some other times it crashes because we change the dimmers on the LIVE buttons. Other times when the club just opens doors and they run a slow "8 movement" it again crashes I suppose due to changing the speed dimmer.
Is there some kind of log or file that can tell us what is wrong?
