Daslight Forum

Currently using Daslight 4 with the DVC4 gold. When I first open Daslight the lights go into some sort of test mode as they randomly turn on and off, change colors and cycle through every fixture. If I go into the hardware manager and select DMX in/out I can make the lights flash in a more or less straight line across the stage, this also shuts down the above "test" mode. Other than this though I have no control over the lights at all. What I gather from this is that the lights are indeed sending and receiving data from daslight, but that's about it. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For ease, could you please raise a support ticket for this issue. There may need to be some troubleshooting back and forth with files which would be easier to manage there.
