Unable to fade chaser

I can not fade a chaser anymore since the last three updates...
Would like to use the fade in/out function for chasers again. Also the brightness fader during the chaser does not work.

This feature is really needed... In previous versions this was possible... Now it doesn't work at all...

Too bad the support for bugs and problems sucks... The software does work great, but the bugs that are coming with them, are too annoying...
I hope for a response because I am relying on this product. I have a business that needs this to work properly.

Is this post related to your other post (

Also, could you please send over a showfile of yours so we can try and reproduce the problem ?
