Don't know why my interface don't see the Mooving Head, can someone help me understand why it doesn't work ? I reinstalled the program i updated the Firmware but still cant move moving head by Daslight, have no idea Why.BTW sorry for my English.

The interface shouldn't "detect" your moving head. The interface sends a signal, that's received and interpreted by your moving head.
Are you sure you have set the right address for your moving head ?

We have a manual which details how to create buttons in live mode and link the scenes to it.
