Hi all

I am pretty new to the software. I am looking on a preset feature to create different setting which I want to set later on to fixtures to create later scenes out of it.

For eg. a preset red. Then I want to select the fixtures to set only the selected fixtures to red. Like a setting from the palette. Or is this only possible from the palette tap?

Presets (sometimes called palettes) are very common on professional consoles. Mostly they will put a reference to the preset in the scene instead of a 'real' value. This is very powerfull because when you change the preset, all scenes will use this changed preset too. This makes it very easy to, for example, change positions.

In my opinion this is one of the features Daslight is very missing to meet professional consoles/software.
