I have 10 Chauvet Freedom Sticks (@50Ch) and only the top 4 LEDs lights up when I use a matrix effect. If I turn on the “Beam on” icon all lights light up. Help! I am attempting to have 36 of these in a matrix across 5 universes and I am unable to get one universe to work.
When I set Beam On all LEDs light up. When I apply an effect only the top 4 LEDs light up no matter what effect I put on the Freedom Sticks? I can adjust each fader and the LEDs work.

It seems there is a problem with the SSL file you're using.

Ok. I loaded the new file.
That seems to have worked! Sort of. If I move the fixture around then I have to be careful. I move them into a matrix and the same thing happen. If I then remove the patching of the fixture and repatch, they work again.
