Effects not showing tilltime changed

Creating an effect nothing appears on the fixtures until the clock timer is altered.
I think this is a bug.

Hello,

I haven't heard of such bug before. Does this happen with all effects ?

yes this is happening with all effects , it might be because my file is very large.
