DasLight 4 MacBook Pro 2016 Mac OS Mojave

Hi, I hope someone is able to help me with my problem.
I use a 2016 MacBook Pro and wanted to use my Companies DasLight 4 Interface for a smaller job. I installed the software and connected everything correctly but as soon as I search for a Lamp and click on it the entire software Crashes instantly. This happens every time I try to use the program and it is very frustrating.
I have also tried another adapter because on the newer MacBooks you just got USB c and have to use one to connect anything with normal USB.
On the other Windows machines at our company everything works fine and also our older MacBook got no issues at all.
I am wondering if it might be possible that the Mac OS VErsion on my machine isn't compatible but I am not sure.

Hey,

This sounds alot like a known problem coming from an incompatibility with some specific softwares.
Please make sure you don't have one of these softwares installed :

Magnet
Flexiglass
Popclip
BetterSnapTool

If you now have any of those apps, please deactivate them ans try launching Daslight4 again.

I have exactly the same problem with the same hardware. Daslight 4 version 2 Aug 2018.
How can I fix this? Is this due to the update of my macos to Mojave?
