JMAZ Crazy Spot 60 Moving Head

Hi, I'm trying to add 2 JMAZ Crazy Spot 60's to my universe. I have both heads in DMX mode and the start channel for each correct on each unit. I used the SSL generated from your site, but none of my channels control the heads. One slider kind of controls the gobos of each unit, but the other channels do nothing. Any suggestions?

Hey,
- Are you using the latest version available on our website ?
( I just mean to make sure we'll be talking about the same version of the software)
-Are you sure you are using the correct SSL file ?
( Sometime just using the wrong file or the wrong mode can case the problem)
- Have you tried controlling your fixtures without any SSL profile patched ?
( Trying this would allow you to easily test all channels of your fixture. If nothing happens, I would actually recommend to look into your fixture's manual)
