DVC4 Remote app Verbindung geht nicht

Ich bekomme es einfach nicht hin den PC Windows 10 mit meinem Samsung s7 oder meinem Tablet zu verbinden.

Alle befinden sich im gleichem netzwerk =(

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Please make sure that :
- you are using the latest version available on our website
- your firewall is disabled

and try again.

Könnt ihr mir auch sagen was genau ich in der Firewall aktivieren muss damit ich sie anlassen kann?
