Scene with audio

Dear sir/madam,
I hope someone can help me. I'm programming a show with audio and light together.
Sometimes i have a lot of options in 1 scene, that needs exactly at the music on a beat or someting.
But when i start the scene from te begin everyting is perfect, but when i'm at the edit option en start step 6 that starts with 1:10 minutes, than the light wil start from that point but the music will start from the beginning. Is there a option that the music also start at 1:10 minutes.
