3D Visualizer issues - Not Working

When I try to open the visualizer from tools Tab shows the popup, image in attach...

Daslight 4 - Version Dec 22 2017 (17.1222.8437.1300)
PC Spec
Intel Quad CPU Q9550 @2.83GHz
8GB ddr2
Windows 10 64bit
ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2

Hi kina_speed,

Unfortunately, the 3D visualiser bundled with Daslight 4 does not work with some graphics cards.

I cannot run it either on my Windows 8.1 with AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics.
Several reports and information were already sent to the development team a long time ago, but there is still no fix, no workaround, no news about a next stable version, nothing.

It's "funny" because 3D modules of other DMX softwares do work flawlessly on that computer.
Daslight is lagging behind...
