Pixeleffect Levelmeter as sound to light?

I would like to use the levelmeter effect as a "sound to light" funktion in live mode. I only get a levelmeter effect in edit mode, after clicking to "generate" and activate the corresponding scene in live mode, audio input is ignored. All lights off.
I tried it with "include set levels" and without.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hey,

This effect is what we could call a "LIVE" effect. If you hit "Generate" for this effect, it'll generate a scene and stop listening to audio input.

what should happen, when I run this generated scene in Live-Mode? In my case nothing happens ...All lights are off.

Hi Micha,

Maybe you have to open a dimmer channel manually in LIVE and check the option "Include live levels" before clicking "Generate".

Unfortunately I still have the problems with the levelmeter effect.

@Tom: i sent you a mail with a short video and the corresponding Daslight file. Thank you very much for any help!

Tom told me that this effect only works in edit-mode as Live-levelmeter, not after click to generate a corresponding scene. I think to use this in live or show mode would be a nice feature for later Daslight versions!
