Hello,
Please refer to our manual, last section, to read everything you need to know about our artnet feature.
Also, ArtNet doesn't always work with Daslight, depending on what interface you have purchased : DVC GZM and DVC Fun (with ArtNet universe module) will unlock ArtNet feature for you.
Our manual : https://www.daslight.com/manuals/#/
Hope this helps.

Hey JP,
Just connect once your interface to a computer with an internet connection and start your Daslight4 software. The interface will automatically be updated with the latest modules you purchased.

Re: DMX in via ArtNet
Hi everybody,
first of all, thanks a lot for the great work you are doing in this forum. It already helped me in a lot of cases. However, now I have another problem with my DVC4 Fun connecting to Light Rider via ArtNet. I'm using the interface in Full Mode, upgraded with the ArtNet module, and I followed the instructions above. However, the Light Rider software on the tablet does not recognize the virtual interface from Daslight. Both devices are within the same network. When I try to manually add a virtual device in Light Rider, the software crashes. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
Thanks a lot in advance and best regards,
Marco

Чао тутти !
I’m thinking that it’s better to ask the technical support of the light reader, which I also started looking at, for small platforms it works better, does not require a qualified user.
