Daslight 4 Not Recognize My Interface

Hi All,
I just bought a Daslight Interface (Interface: 9b).
Now i installed the newest version of daslight 4 with all components (Drivers etc.)

When I connect the Interface, the PC recognizes the Interface. The Hardware Manager also recognizes the Interface and i can send dmx Out.
But In The Software of Daslight 4 - the Interface is not recognized (The Interface ist not listed in the Preferences - Devices Section)

The Firmware of the Interface is the newest (1.21)

Im running Daslight on Windows 10 - also tried to get it work on a Apple Macbook - same thing here.

What´s wrong - what can i do?

Hi bvb15,

Can you PM me your serial number so I an check what interface you have and what software is compatible?

Daslight 4 is only compatible with the newer DVC4 range of interfaces. Unfortunately if you have an older device it will not be recognised in Daslight 4 (Unless you have a DVC3 GZM).
