Fixture, Showtec Pixelbar cob 8, 24Ch, mapping mistake

Hello All,

I have a problem with a fixture of Showtec Pixelbar cob 8 at 24channel mode.
At the 6th LED there is a mistake, the rgb is not map correctly. All other work correct.
My 4 bar´s at 4 dmx-adresses show the same Error. Color ramps will show very unsexy.

I Work with DVC4 (last firmeware) and DasLight4 last Version.

Can anyone fix it? Can I do it as self service?

Hey,

This very much sounds like a fixture profile bug. You can edit the file yourself, using the ScanLibrary Editor software.

Hello!

I have check the Fixture at ScanLibrary Editor, it looks like the dokumentation. It´s ok.
I have create a new ShowFile, add the Pixelbars to the universum and recreate a scene. It works!

After this I use my old Scene, delete the Bars und add it to the same DMX position. No old sceens will work only new one works perfectly.
I must receate the whole Show? Is there an other Trick to reaktivate the old sceens?

I'm afraid you might have to redo it all... Could you please send me your showfile, and the correct SSL file ? That way I might be able to see what goes wrong exactly when updating your fixtures.
