In the video, you can see the user is using HardwareManager and Daslight4
at the same time. Once HardwareMakager is started, it takes ownership
of the DVC interface, and Daslight4 should not longer
be able to receive any signal from the interface until HardwareManager closes.
Please make sure your interface is recognized
by the software and "activated"
in the preference window.

I wouldn't be too worried about that, this sounds a lot like a display bug that shouldn't be the problem we're looking for here.
