How to block a certain sequence so it doesnt react to other sequences

Hi,
i want to program some led pars for a event later this week. I want to use 16 led pars which i all programmed with sequences.
During the show 4 of them have to stay on the same color. How can i tell Daslight that this sequence i made for these 4 lamps doesnt react with the other sequences.
Can you tell Dashligt when sequence X is applied it doesnt have to follow other commands? A kind op priority, when X is on, you dont have to obey the others?
