Martin Roboscan 812 not showen at 3d visual

Hello when I'm selected and program Martin Roboscan 812, the are not showing up in to the 3d visualizer. So I' can not preview a set.. Some suggestions.??

OMG... sorry TomHat...
I didn't saw your answer... I am so sorry!
Meanwhile these moving heads are sold as they did not use DMX, but an old MA-protocol (they were very old).
Anyway I am not following up Daslight4 to much anymore, since it is told to us, that this version won't be able to handle live adjusting of fade and waiting times, which is a "must have" (and a basic feature on hardware DMX mixer) when you run live concerts and you don't know, what songs will be played that evening. So it needs a flexibility in these settings, that DasLight4 can't provide at the moment.
So I am just using it for the lights outside the live stage, where light timings are not critical. But to give a positive feedback as well: DasLight4 never crashed on my hardware and I like the handling very much. So I maybe have to wait a couple of years for DasLight5 :)
