(2017-10-17-015) BUG ? - Effect enabled when Live is locked

Hi,

When Live is locked, the buttons to create live scenes are disabled but the effect generator remains active.
Is this intentional ? In my opinion, it is not logical.

Hey Pol,

This isn't a bug. Leaving it enabled allows users to keep using the "Live-only" effects that are bases on audio input (bar graph and level meter).
We will not allow Generating the effect, though. The change will be available in next version.

I still do not how to make this feature work or how to access in the live mode. nothing happens.

Hello,

You can access it the same way in LIVE mode as in EDIT mode. Just select your fixtures and start editing an effect. The screenshot above should help you find the Effect Generator.
