I discovered a change in fade-out/over behaviour from the may 2017 release and the bèta's of aug and okt.
Case:
Simple one channel Par64.
1) Scene with the par on 100% and no fade and no release
2) Scene with the par on 0% and no release with a fadetime of 5 sec.
) Activate the scene with 100% (in live)
) Activate the fade-out scene also
On the may release, the par will fade-out by activating the fade-out scene. AS WANTED!!!
On the aug/okt bèta's the fadeout will not be performed. Only an jump to zero after the 5 seconds.
BTW: I cannot attach the example files. It generates a error on the file-type

Hi Sps,
Add a dummy extension (".zip") to the example files and it's possible to post them on this forum, or a true zip file.

Hey,
Could you please make sure the "fade enabled" button is activated in LIVE window ?
The behaviour you're describing sounds alot like this option has been deactivated by mistake.
There could also be a small mistake in the "fading OFF" scene : make sure you have set the fixture's channel to "ON".
If you don't activate the channel in the scene, it won't affect it at all and could create the kind of behsviour you're experiencing now.
Hope this helps.

Yes, the crossfade button is active.
The testfile is very simple. one channel, active in both scenes, fadeover behaviour in may release OK, in beta not.

Hi,
Bug confirmed here.
The crossfade between scenes worked fine until version May 05.
Broken from Jun 01.
The crossfades "in" do work but no more the crossfades "out".
In the example attached, Scene 2 fades in the green channel but does not fade out the red.
The red is set "cut" after the green has been faded in.
