How to know fixture position

Hi All
I am total amateur, so please excuse me for simple question.
Question is: How do I know the position of the fixture when installing it physically to rigging truss for example.
Lets say that I have a Martin Rush MH5 fixture. Now, how do I know which position should I install it and where is the XYZ coordinates so that it would match the program in Daslight 4?
