[Bug]Midi binding is not working consistently

Hi,

I'm not sure if there already is a topic about this, but i haven't been able to find one.
I'm using the newest Beta and i am running into the following problem.

I have 2 strobe's with 2 dmx channels. I want to map one of these channels to a slider on my midi controller.
This only works in live mode when i have no fixtures selected, the general tab selected and the faders menu selected.
If i select any fixture, or change any of the views the binding stops working.
My opinion would be that if i bind a midislider to a dmx channel directly this binding should always work independent of which menu or view is selected. I have the feeling this some sort af bug and not a feature. But please correct me if i'm wrong.

Sorry you're experiencing difficulties with our software. It could be that this is the same as a bug we fixed recently (fix available in next beta). Could you please send me your showfile over PM ? That way I will be able to know if there are still problems.

In the new version (Beta 11th Oct2016 Mac), this problem is absent. I use the Lumia 920 and MIDI Control software.
