midi problem

Post by Martin! »

Hello again,
I have the following problem:

The gobo-rotation channel of my scanner is divided in three sections (no rotation (0-15)/ left rotation (16-127)/ right rotation(128-255)).
When I link a midi-fader to the rotaion channel the DMX value is only in a range of 0-15. I expected it from 0-255 so that I can control all three sections.
To solve this problem I change the fader manually between the three sections via buttons (I built 3 buttons in the Daslight Showmode and linked them to the presets of the rotation channel).
E.g. if I am in the left rotation mode I can now change the DMX value via midi from 16-127.

Everything works fine when I select the scanner via the tab 'Scanner'. But when I change to the tab 'General' (Allgemein), the control of the gobo rotation only works when the fader is visible on the screen.

Unfortunately, I have a lot of faders and I can't display all of them at the same time.

Could you please help?

Thanks in advance.

Hey Martin,

Hum, this sounds annoying... :( Could you please send over your showfile for me to test and fix the potential bug ?
Have a good day !

Regards,
TomHat
