Yesterday I received my new dvc4 interface and it was shipped with firmware 1.09.
Is the right firmware Version for this device?

Yes, this should be the latest firmware at the moment. You can always check if your firmware version is the latest available by opening hardware manager, selecting your connected device and chosing the "Firmware" tab.
