Where can I find the option to invert the X or Y. In DVC 3 this was included in the setup screen, but in DVC 4 you only have the patch screen.

The option is still available and it's still in the patch view. By default, the grid view is enabled as its easier to see/move fixtures. What you need is the list view.
On top of the patch, there is a toolbar with various icons. The last one of them should be three horizontal lines. If you click on it, it will activate the list view where you can activate the invert X/Y, the fade activation and other things
